DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes We Do!
Shipping is FREE! We provide free FedEx Ground shipping to any of the lower 48 US continental states. All orders will arrive between 1 to 8 business days. Shortly after processing your pitching mound order you will receive the tracking number via email to easily keep an eye the progress of your delivery. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
30-Day Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Your satisfaction is our top priority so if you are not happy with the pitching mound you ordered we are here to help. Your order is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase date. The pitching mound must be in an unblemished, un-used condition, with original packaging. All returns require a photo confirming any damage sustained during delivery or normal use during the first 30 days. Please contact us via email at support@pitcherperfectmounds.com if you have a return you would like us to process and we can provide you next steps.
ARE THE MOUNDS FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Shipped and Ready for Immediate Use
Our pitching mounds are shipped fully assembled for quick setup. It takes zero time to setup our mounds compared to our competitors. With a PITCHER PERFECT mound you won't need to unfold it or connect multiple sections together. Just remove it from the shipping box and it's ready to use!
DO WE MAKE OTHER SIZED MOUNDS?
We Specialize in Just a Few Mound Sizes
The products you currently see on our website are the only pitching mound sizes we offer. We do not manufacture custom-sized mounds, taller mounds, or full-stride large mounds. We specialize in making the most portable, lightweight, and durable pitching mounds on the market. Our low-profile 4" tall mounds also provide for the proper mound to ground slope and allow the pitcher to stride onto the stable ground.
